Pacific Yacht Charters (PYC) is well known in the Vancouver area for their full service events aboard their luxurious 105’ yacht. But did you know that PYC has also started to offer their amazing cuisine and exceptional service away from the water? Yup, they’ve recently announced their “Off-The-Boat” Catering services and PYC TO-GO Meals!
“Off-The-Boat” catering offers clients access to PYC’s event planning team to fully plan out your next lunch, party or private celebration. This gives their clients more options to enjoy the remarkable food and service offered by Pacific Yacht Charters.
I received a special delivery the other day from PYC that allowed me to try out some of the items created by their talented culinary team.
PYC is gearing up for Thanksgiving coming up next month, and is offering this prepared Thanksgiving Dinner with all the fixings. For $199, you receive a Turkey Dinner that you just have to heat up and serve. The dinner serves 4 but if needed, you can simply add-on more. The meal comes with everything you need to create a memorable holiday meal without the work or stress! Who needs more stress these days?

I was treated to a sampler of the Turkey Dinner and let me tell you, it was delicious. Being a mother, I also love that the turkey is free range and hormone free. The meat was moist on it’s own, but when you add the melted butter and gravy, it is so so so good! I know I would never be able to prepare a turkey like this!
I was so happy to get the turkey sampler, but I also received a few items from their new PYC TO-GO Menu. This menu offers a great selection of products that the PYC chefs have created for you to order and enjoy at home. The menu offers items like Turkey Shepherd’s Pie, French Onion Soup, Lemongrass Marinated Prawns or a selection of their most popular hors d’oeuvres - frozen and ready to heat and serve.
This menu is super convenient and comes with really easy to follow cooking instructions. I can’t wait to give these all a try!
